Special - Bespoke Conveyors
Belt Conveyor with 3 separate stages.

Allows movement of product from one station to the next under control, rather than one continuous movement for all products on a single belt.
Belt Conveyor with special welded cleats or attachments.

It's surprising just what can be achieved with standard conveyors and cleated belts.
Whether PVC or modular plastic, food grade FDA or high temperature, complex problems can be resolved with virtually standard products.
Chain conveyors

Offer a robust solution for transporting medium to heavy pallets.
Normal duplex and triplex chains can be used to allow the product to accumulate under low friction.
Chains are also available that incorporate plastic or steel rollers in the chain construction. This allows accumulation without friction.
See the Chain Conveyors page here.
Special belt arrangements.

This low profile conveyor has 2 separate belts running on one conveyor belt bed.
Used where minimal product to belt contact is required.
Special arrangements for belt conveyors and all other conveyors.

Two belt conveyors to transport parts using side pressure. This technique can be used for printing or marking the underside of jars or bottles for example. Modular conveyors can easily be adapted to perform special applications.
Here you can see the belt conveyors are attached to a small adjusting system with a Tube Frame System based linear actuator, allowing opposing travel of the small belt conveyors when the handle is turned. The orange counter shown allows predetermined positions to be set by the operators for different products to be conveyed.
You don't always need a special custom built conveyor when there are so many standard options that can be simply screwed together.
Vacuum Belt Conveyors.

Vacuum Belt Conveyors use a vaccum pump to create a vacuum in the void between the belt and the belt return under the conveyor. Blocks are fastened to the conveyor sides to facilitate the connection of hoses and the belt is perforated in many different designs according to the product and the surface area in contact with the belt.
See the vacuum conveyors area here.
Belt Conveyor with non-metal area for special applications.

Here, the conveyor has a section of the support structure that is made from plastic. This is for applications where metal structure is not desirable, such as x-ray or metal detection.
Backlit Belt Conveyors.

With the increased use of vision systems in automation and machine building, the vision system is often being used to detect small imperfections and features increasingly.
To assist the vision system to work to the optimum effect, backlit conveyors can be used to get a better contrast between the product and the belt.
Twin lane belt conveyor.

Uses same belt options as a standard belt conveyor but for twin lane applications. Conveyor belt pictured has common drive shaft.
Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors With Special Attachments.

In this application, the metal containers have been permanently fixed to the modular plastic belt. This is so that their position is always known and they can be placed preciselt every time to collect the product.
Twin lane timing belt conveyor.

As conveyor type above but using timing belts which offer greater positional accuracy and better belt traction. Extra options in belt surfaces for high or low grip and additional options for welded or screwed on cleats and attachments.
Recirculating Pallet Conveyor System.

This conveyor allows the end user to have accurate positioning of parts on the conveyor with good levels of product accumulation. Very useful for robotics applications, the pallets queue at the end of the conveyor until the part on the very end "Active" pallet has been removed. Pneumatic cylinders manage the movement of the pallets. The empty pallet then returns to the start of the conveyor on the underside where it is raised onto the belt top again to be ready for the next part.
Because the pallet is made from low friction wear strip and the belt is metal, there is very little friction.
