Microbelt - the miniature belt conveyor.

The miniature belt conveyor system. Small belt conveyors for small parts transport in automated machines with little conveyor space. These very small conveyors have integral DC motors for transporting very small parts. Because the motor is integrsted into the conveyor belt body, there is no underslung or otherwise visible motor.

DC motor drive with speed 0.9-20M/min.
Transformers and controllers available for variable conveyor belt speed with AC supply available.
Miniature conveyor belt profiles available from 20X20mm with 15mm wide belt (This version with small centre drive underslung) These small conveyors have the benefit of very low vibration in operation.

Maximum miniature belt conveyor load 10kg. (Possibly higher with special build, please ask)

These standard miniature belt conveyors are based on aluminium profiles with t-slots for easy mounting and positioning. 

20mm (thick) X 40mm (wide) section with 35mm wide belt
30X60mm section with 50mm wide belt
40X80mm section with 70mm wide belt
40X120mm section with 110mm wide belt
40X160mm section with 150mm wide belt

Small conveyor belt lengths from 200mm to 1600mm (Other microbelt designs possible on request)
