Automation Supplies Ltd is a new company offering a range of exciting new engineered products
from one source, based on the popular and increasing use of established modular parts and assemblies to
achieve cost effective solutions.
Now on offer from Automation Supplies Ltd is a family of small compact belt conveyors based on
motorised conveyor rollers with an aluminium profile frame. These belt conveyors have no external motor,
thereby offering the user an ultra low profile conveyor belt for integration with machines and other
applications where space is at a premium.
The thickness of the conveyor frame on the smallest conveyor family is just 20mm. The t-slots on
the outside edge of these aluminium extrusion based belt conveyors can be fitted with slot nuts to allow easy
connection to other equipment and aluminium profile based machine frameworks.
The motorised conveyor rollers used are smooth, quiet and offer transport of products with very
little vibration. There are 4 conveyor types with widths available from 20mm to 160mm. A wide choice of
conveyor belts are available. Belt speeds range from 2M/Min to 20M/Min, based on conveyor type
selected.
Automation Supplies are UK distributors for these innovative belt conveyors as they fit the
company’s ethos of using simple modular products to offer the user real choice at competitive
prices.
More information on these new conveyors is available from the Automation Supplies
website.
