We know that out of all the different kinds of conveyor systems in your factory, the ones that will get the most abuse, the conveyors that will be tested to the extreme more than any others, are your pallet conveyors. We produce both gravity pallet conveyors and motor driven or motorised pallet conveyors.

Weights on, weights off, fork trucks and their drivers into the equation, there is only one way to make pallet conveyors and that's tough!

Our pallet conveyor systems are made from heavy gauge steel sections and the rollers we use are made from heavy duty steel tube, either plain or galvanised. Bearings used are heavy duty. There is a selection of roller diameters available and roller pitch dimensions, though these roller pitch dimensions are dictated to a degree by the pitch of the heavy duty chain which drives the rollers. 3 phase motors are used in a variety of power ratings to suit your product weight and desired speed.

Above is a section from a pallet conveyor turntable. A turntable will allow you to keep the orientation of the slats on the underside of your pallets, especially useful if the slats only run full length in one direction on the base of your pallet.

This system was created using gravity rollers and the system was designed to be moved around in modules on heavy duty castors. This brought a high degree of flexibility to the customer concerned.

In some cases we also offer remanufactured pallet conveyors and other reconditioned conveyors that we refurbish from second hand conveyors.
