The new wiring management system on the Dorner 5200 Series QWIK Belt conveyor system completely eliminates the dangerous risk of dangling wires or pneumatic hoses. 

A unique frame design safely supports air lines or electrical wire and accomplishes two goals: First, you can easily run low voltage wiring systems for photo eyes, push-button devices and other accessories. Second, the wiring management system helps speed up the conveyor system set up. Instead of attaching the wire or air hose to the conveyor, simply lay them in the channel. It’s that easy. And operators never have to worry about dangling lines getting caught in the conveyor.
