These conveyors project a strong, uniform light field through the translucent belt of the our low profile conveyor. This illuminates the part profile and appearance for automatic or manual vision inspection. The internal light source is sometimes equipped with isolation mounts to dampen vibration.

There is a wide variety of lit areas and belt widths / lengths. The light field width can be customised to specific dimensions by utilising multiple banks of lights. Drives are available in both fixed speed and variable speed.

A light fixture is installed inside the conveyor frame and emits light through a translucent belt.

• Provides enhanced contrast between product and conveyor belt for visual inspection and vision system interface.

• Parts can be stopped directly over the lit section or continue through uninterrupted.
